The overshell, as we would call it, is usually found on bottles with a spray pump rather than a screw on cap. Sometimes the overshell comes with the spray pump so they are fitted together. Otherwise, they would be purchased separately. The overshell is held to the PUMP, not the bottle, by a friction fit ... in other words, it just presses on over the pump.

I'm not aware of anyone using overshells with a cap, but that would depend on your cap and bottle. There are caps on the market that actually LOOK like overshells.

All of these items are purchases through any supplier of bottle closures.
